How to install Contiki

There are basically three way of installing Contiki and getting started:

Download the current (or previous) release in Sourceforge repository: [1]
Clone GitHub repository: [2]
Download Instant Contiki [3]

IMPORTANT: To login in to Instant Contiki: username: user passwork: user
